We listen, act, and transform
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and over ten years of experience working in social services and mental health. My professional background includes serving as a tribal case manager working with deprived child welfare cases, a health and wellness coach with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a suicide prevention trainer providing the *Talk Saves Lives* program to community members and professionals.
I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and health and wellness coaching. These approaches help me support individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions using practical, evidence-based strategies.
I am also a veteran of the United States Air Force and a citizen of the Muscogee Nation. These experiences shape my commitment to serving veterans, Native communities, and others navigating high-stress environments with culturally informed and compassionate care.
